I have been sharing a space in the AudioCinema building (in the eastside industrial area, by the Hawthorne bridge) with one other band, and they are about to move out (end of March). So I need new practice-space-mates! The AudioCinema building is awesome, with 24/7 usability. The room is about 16’ x 16’, with tall ceilings. It’s brightly lit, and the whole facility has very high security. The building has its own parking lot, with access via ground-level load-in doors, so it’s easy to move gear in and out. (It would even be quite feasible to move in a piano if you wanted to.) Total rent for the room is $525/mo. We could split that two ways, or look for a 3rd.
