Legible Harm

Blood-scrawling and ascerbicism from Leigh Marble.

Library of Congress melted my CD!
I sent Red Tornado to the Library of Congress over a year and a half ago. The only reason I knew they received it was that they deposited the registration fee check - they are not big on communication.
Imagine my delight, then, upon seeing an envelope show up from the LOC last week, as I eagerly anticipated my long-desired copyright registration papers! But alas it was not to be… in the process of irradiating my package (remember the “Amerithrax” days?) they apparently melted the enclosed CD.
Lesson: from now on, only file copyright registrations electronically!
